We’re confident in our Inksisland brand ink cartridges, so we offer a 90 warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship, including:

  • Leaking or malfunctioning cartridges
  • Faded or streaky prints
  • Inconsistent ink flow
  • Cartridge not recognized by your printer

What’s Not Covered:

  • Damage from misuse, improper storage, or incompatible printers
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Refilled or tampered cartridges
  • Damage from accidents, spills, or electrical surges

Making a Warranty Claim:

If you experience an issue covered by our warranty, here’s how to get help:

Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) Products:

For ink cartridges made by the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) for your printer brand, the warranty will be subject to the manufacturer’s terms. Please contact the OEM directly for warranty claims on their products.
